Camera Ready

When coming up with this outfit I couldn't help but envisioning the person wearing it. An artsy girl with a hipstamatic camera in the park, taking amazing shots of flowers.

I never thought I would love this color combo, but it's growing on me :) Pink and red are the epitome of girliness...don't you think? Paired with chunky wedges and loose wavy hair this look goes from prissy to glam.

4th of July outfit

Woo Hoo for a 3 day weekend!! I'm so excited to be spending this weekend swimming, going to the fair, watching fireworks, and cooking out! As I've said before I'm a dork and love to match my outfit to whatever holiday it is. This is my version of a red white and blue outift.

Sunny outlook

Recently I've been very attracted to yellow and blue. It must be the dreary weather! When it comes to cardigans, Old Navy has the biggest bang for your buck! They have a great array of colors, lengths, and styles usually for under $25.

A big trend right now is wearing shorts with wedge espadrilles. The trick here is to find shorts that have at least a 3 inch inseam. Also find a pair that don't hug your thighs. Loose flowy shorts will create a skirt like effect. When it comes to the espadrilles find a nude colored pair. This color will help elongate your legs and won't cut you off at the ankle.

All American classic

I'm baaaack!! After a long break (not by choice) I'm back to fashion once again! :)

So let's get right to it! Sometimes getting dressed is a hassle. There are those days where I just don't feel like dressing up, but I don't want to look like a bum either. So what do you wear on these type of style slump days? Classic jeans and a comfy tee of course!

Classic style is always great especially when you don't want to "think" to hard about an outfit. Pieces that should always be in your closet include a great pair of jeans and a white v neck shirt. Adding wedge heels and beautiful necklaces gives this look a girly appeal . The blazer is a great alternative to a cardigan and later can be a sundress cover up when the weather gets chilly.
